About our Volcano Nozzles range

Volcano nozzles are longer than a standard V6 nozzle, which gives filament more time in the melt zone. That means more flow at the same temperature, so you can print faster, or run a wider nozzle, without under extruding.

They use the same M6 thread as a V6 nozzle but they will not seal correctly in a V6 heater block. Check you have a Volcano block before ordering.

  • Brass, 0.2mm to 1.2mm.
  • Stainless steel, 1.0mm and 1.2mm.
  • Hardened steel, 1.0mm and 1.5mm, for abrasive filament.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, every day except public holidays. NZ Post delivery is usually 1-2 business days to urban addresses and 2-4 business days to rural addresses. Free shipping applies over $66 for urban addresses and $88 for rural addresses.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted on items that are unused, unmodified and in their original packaging. The customer pays return postage and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Faulty or damaged items are covered at no cost to you.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all non-consumable items are covered by a 1-year warranty. If anything arrives faulty or stops working within the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Is everything shown in stock in NZ?

Yes, we hold all listed stock locally in Te Awamutu, Waikato. There's no waiting on international shipping: what you see available ships within 24 hours.
