Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with NZN Electronics. We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery for all orders within New Zealand.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZST will typically be processed the same day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates (New Zealand)

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

  • Urban Shipping: $5.99 NZD (flat rate, unlimited items) — free on orders over $40.00 NZD.
  • Rural Shipping: $9.99 NZD (flat rate, unlimited items) — free on orders over $60.00 NZD.
  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via NZ Post with tracking included.

3. International Shipping

We are a New Zealand domestic service only and do not offer international shipping.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • Urban addresses: 1–2 business days.
  • Rural addresses: 2–4 business days.

These are estimates provided by NZ Post. While we dispatch promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays may occasionally occur.

5. Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. A tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll resolve it quickly: support@nznelectronics.co.nz

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. NZN Electronics is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details.
