How tracking works
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
We pack and hand your order to NZ Post, usually the next business day.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your NZ Post tracking number.
Urban deliveries typically take 1–2 days. Rural deliveries typically take 2–4 days after dispatch.
Common questions
I haven't received a tracking number yet — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Tracking emails are sent once your order has been physically handed to NZ Post. If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you still haven't received anything, please contact us.
My tracking shows no movement — is that normal?
NZ Post scanning can take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking number shows no activity after 48 hours, please reach out and we'll investigate for you.
I'm a rural delivery customer — why is my parcel taking longer?
Rural deliveries typically add 1–2 extra days compared to urban addresses due to how NZ Post routes rural freight. This is completely normal. Expected rural delivery is 2–4 days after dispatch.
My parcel is showing as delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with other household members and any safe-drop locations around your property. If you still can't locate it, contact NZ Post directly, then reach out to us so we can help follow up.
