Orders placed before 12pm on business days are dispatched same-day from Te Awamutu, Waikato via NZ Post. Urban delivery typically takes 1–2 days; rural 2–4 days. Free shipping on urban orders over $66 (rural over $88).

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted on items that are unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Customer pays return postage; original shipping cost is non-refundable. Faulty or damaged items are covered at no cost to you.
