We offer a 30-day returns policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted on items that are unused, unmodified, and in their original anti-static packaging — customer pays return postage and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Faulty or damaged items are covered at no cost to you.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — all non-consumable items are covered by a 1-year warranty. If anything arrives faulty or stops working within the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
