Ghosting. Wobbling. Rough layer lines. Worn or eccentric V-slot rollers are one of the most overlooked causes of 3D print quality issues — and one of the cheapest fixes. These are a direct drop-in replacement. No modifications. No reprinting of parts.

CNC-machined from high-density POM (Delrin/Polyoxymethylene) and fitted with pre-installed 625ZZ shielded bearings, these wheels roll smoother, quieter, and longer than standard stock rollers. Precision machined to ±0.005mm tolerance for true concentric rotation — the kind of consistency that shows up in your print quality.

Ships from NZ. Available individually or in multi-packs — see our other listings.

STOCK WHEELS
  • Softer plastic wears quickly
  • Deforms under heat and load
  • Eccentric over time — causes ghosting
  • Noisy at higher print speeds
POM WHEELS
  • High hardness — resists wear and deformation
  • Low friction surface for smooth, quiet motion
  • ±0.005mm machined for true concentricity
  • 625ZZ bearings rated for high-speed use

Precision CNC machined±0.005mm tolerance — eliminates the wobble that causes ghosting and banding

Installation tip: When replacing wheels, check your eccentric nuts at the same time. A well-tensioned eccentric nut paired with a fresh POM wheel eliminates the two most common sources of print artefacts in one go. Wheels should roll smoothly with slight resistance — not loose, not binding. M5 x 25mm bolts are the standard fitment for most Creality and Anycubic gantry positions.

Why buy from NZN

International prices. None of the international wait.

We're a small Kiwi-owned shop, and we stock the same boards and parts you'd usually order from overseas, for about the same price. The only real difference is they ship from Te Awamutu, so you get them in a few days instead of waiting weeks.

Run by Kiwis, here in Te Awamutu

We're NZ owned and operated, and every order is picked, packed and sent from our place in Te Awamutu, Waikato.

Get it in days, not weeks

Order before 8am and it ships the same day, otherwise within 24 hours guaranteed. No waiting three to six weeks for a parcel to crawl over from overseas.

Low prices are the goal

As a maker myself, I want New Zealand to have a genuine low-price local option for electronics, not overpriced shelves or a long wait on an international parcel.

Checked, and easy to sort if it's not right

We test things before they go out, and if something's off you've got 30 day returns, a 12 month warranty and a real person in NZ to email.

Packed and sent by a fellow maker, right here in Te Awamutu.
