The SG92R is a 9.2 g positional servo for robot arms, steering, pan and tilt rigs, and other small mechanisms. It shares the SG90's body, mounting holes and 3-wire connection, but uses carbon-fibre reinforced nylon gears and produces about 2.2 to 2.5 kgf·cm of stall torque at 4.8 V. Its useful travel is a 90° arc, controlled with the Arduino Servo library.

Wiring & getting started
- Connect the 3 wires
Brown goes to GND, red to a regulated 4.8 to 6 V supply, and orange to the controller's signal pin.
- Share the ground
If the servo has a separate supply, connect its ground to the Arduino, ESP32 or receiver ground.
- Start inside the useful range
Use
write(90)towrite(180)as the starting range. Test the end points without a load and stop if the servo buzzes against a mechanical limit. - Fit the horn after testing
Move the servo near the middle of its useful range before attaching the horn, then check that the linkage can travel without binding.
- Allow enough current
One unloaded servo can be tested from a development board's 5 V pin. For a loaded servo or several servos, use a separate regulated supply with a common ground.
