XH 2.5mm PCB headers in 3-pin and 6-pin sizes, the board half of the common white XH wire-to-board connector. The pins go straight through the board and are soldered underneath, and the shrouded top takes an XH plug that latches on one side, so it only goes in one way. The 3-pin suits 2S LiPo balance leads and 3-wire sensors, and the 6-pin suits 5S balance leads and 6-wire harnesses.

What's in the box
Loose headers, as many as you order. Plug housings and crimp terminals are not included.
Great for
Wiring & getting started
- Pick the size
Count the wires on your plug: 3 wires need the 3-pin header, 6 wires need the 6-pin.
- Face the latch the right way
The wall with the two slots is the latch side. Turn the header so the plug's latch faces that wall with the wires in the order your board expects; it will not go in the other way round.
- Solder it
Push it down flat on the board, solder one end pin, check it sits square, then solder the rest. Keep the iron on each joint only long enough for the solder to flow.
- Make the cable
Crimp XH terminals onto 22 to 28 AWG wire and click them into a matching XH housing, such as our 3-way XH housing, then push it onto the header until it latches.
Note: XH (2.5mm) is a different size from PH (2.0mm). A PH plug will not fit these headers.
