Which Material Should I Choose?

Brass — Best thermal conductivity, fast heating, ideal for everyday filaments (PLA, ABS, TPU, PA). The go-to choice for most users.

Stainless Steel — Food-safe and corrosion resistant. Lower thermal conductivity than brass — may require slightly higher temperatures. Suits food-contact prints and high-temp filaments up to 300°C.

Hardened Steel — Essential for abrasive filaments: carbon fibre, glow-in-the-dark, metal-fill, wood-fill. Brass nozzles wear rapidly with these materials. Rated to 500°C+.

Common Questions

Will these fit my Ender 3 or CR-10?
Stock Ender 3 and CR-10 printers use an MK8 nozzle, not a V6. These nozzles will only fit if your printer has been upgraded to an E3D V6-style hotend. If you're running a stock Creality hotend, see our MK8 nozzles instead.
How do I change the nozzle without damaging the hotend?
Always swap nozzles at temperature (around 200–230°C). Heat the hotend, hold the heater block still with a spanner or pliers, and unscrew the nozzle with another spanner. Tighten the new nozzle while hot and snug it against the heatbreak — not the heater block — to avoid leaks.
What tip size should I start with?
0.4mm is the standard and most versatile size, but isn't listed here as it's widely available elsewhere. From this range: 0.25–0.35mm for fine detail and miniatures; 0.5mm for a good balance of speed and quality; 0.8mm and above for fast, structural, or large-format prints.

Please note: Select your required material and tip size from the variant selector. Not all size/material combinations are available — check the variant list for current stock.
