Common Questions

What's the difference between PC6-01 and PC4-M6?
The PC6-01 uses an M10 thread and accepts 6mm OD PTFE tube — typically used on extruder bodies and some larger bowden setups. The PC4-M6 uses an M6 thread and accepts 4mm OD tube — the more common fitting for hotends and standard bowden printers. Make sure you order the correct thread and tube size for your printer.
How do I install and remove the PTFE tube?
Push the PTFE tube firmly into the collet until fully seated — the nylon collet grips it automatically. To remove, press down on the collar ring while pulling the tube out. No tools needed.

Please note: Fits 6mm OD PTFE tube with M10 thread. Verify your printer's thread size and tube diameter before ordering. PTFE tube sold separately.

Why Buy from NZN

Useful parts, fair prices and someone local to help.

I'm Lukas, an engineering student and maker based in Te Awamutu. NZN grew out of a CNC build that dragged on for months because every missing cable, bolt or electronic part meant another overseas order. I started the shop so Kiwi makers can spend more time building and less time waiting for the next parcel.
