Wiring & getting started

  1. Identify the two sides

    The two leads on one side form one terminal. The two leads on the opposite side form the other terminal.

  2. Check before soldering

    Use continuity mode to confirm each paired side and that pressing the button connects the two sides.

  3. Connect a digital input

    A common microcontroller setup connects one side to ground and the other to an input configured with its internal pull-up.

Note: Confirm the actuator height and PCB hole spacing on a sample before final enclosure or production-board manufacture. Use for low-voltage signal switching only; current, voltage and life ratings are not established for this unbranded stock.

Why does a simple button have four pins?
The two pins on each side are internally paired. Pressing the button connects one side to the other; the extra leads also improve PCB stability.

The listing is priced per individual switch with a minimum quantity of 10. Entering 10 supplies 10 switches.
What is the exact actuator height?
