Common Questions

How do I install and remove the PTFE tube?
Push the PTFE tube firmly into the collet until it seats fully — the stainless collet grips it automatically. To remove, press down on the collet ring while pulling the tube out. No tools needed.
Why is my filament grinding or jamming near the coupler?
The most common cause is a gap between the end of the PTFE tube and the nozzle. Make sure the tube is seated all the way through the coupler to the nozzle tip, especially on direct-drive setups. Replacing a worn or loose coupler often resolves persistent grinding issues.
What PTFE tube does this fit?
The PC4-M6 accepts standard 4mm OD PTFE tubing, typically 4mm OD / 2mm ID for 1.75mm filament. Ensure your tube is cut cleanly and squarely for the best seal.

Please note: PTFE tube sold separately. Thread is M6 — verify your hotend or extruder port matches before ordering.
